Wholesale terms

How do I pay?

Card, bank debit (ACH), or PayPal at checkout. Every order is paid in full upfront — we don't offer net terms yet, though we plan to for established accounts.

What's the minimum order?

$100. Shipping is free on every order above it, so the minimum pays for itself. No fixed case packs — mix any products and colors to reach it.

Do your products have UPCs?

Yes — every color and set has its own unique UPC, already assigned and printed on the packaging.

When does my order ship?

Within two business days of your order, from our warehouse in the US. That's when it leaves us — transit time is on top.

Can I return what doesn't sell?

No — orders are final. The exception is anything damaged, defective, missing, or shipped in error: tell us and we'll put it right, no questions.

How long does approval take?

Fast. You'll get an email the moment your account is live, with wholesale pricing ready to go. Nothing else needed from you after you apply.

Do you sell on Amazon?

On some sets, yes — we're honest about that. The 4-Pack is wholesale only and isn't listed there, so it's yours to sell without price comparison.
